Human Resources Management and its Role in the Administrative and Organizational Development Process of Production Organizations A Case Study of the General Electricity Company in Tripoli

This research aims to clarify the relationship between human resources management and administrative development, and to assess the level of employee development at the General Electricity Company in Tripoli. To achieve the research objectives, a set of questions and hypotheses were formulated to answer and arrive at the research results. A questionnaire was then designed, including (28) statements, to collect primary information from the research sample. The research sample consisted of (80) employees at the company. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods most appropriate to the nature of the data, using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). After analyzing the research data and hypotheses, the research ultimately reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The prevailing opinion regarding the overall score of the human resources dimension in the company as a determining factor for administrative and organizational development indicated (contributes to a limited degree) as a key element in improving organizational performance, according to the responses of the entire study sample. Similarly, the prevailing opinion regarding the overall score of the human resources development strategy dimension improves administrative development indicated (contributes to a limited degree), while human resources development improves administrative development indicated (contributes to a limited degree). Human resources technology Human resource management (HRM) improves administrative development, indicating that it contributes to a limited extent to improving organizational performance, according to the responses of the entire study sample.
