Abstract

This study seeks to understand the role of digital transformation on the pattern of bureaucratic leadership and the extent to which it is possible to balance organizational discipline on the one hand, and the flexibility and speed imposed by the digital environment on the other hand, which contributes to enhancing the bank's performance in the era of digitization, where the Yaqeen Bank ( branch and city agency ) was selected as a community for study, the questionnaire sheet was distributed to a random sample of employees working in the Bank of 40 copies of the newspaper, 35 copies were retrieved valid for statistical analysis, and then the study reached several results, most notably the need for the bank to continue developing digital transformation tools and adopting them in all sections to ensure the improvement of Decision-making processes, control and administrative coordination, as well as providing training programs for employees to develop the skills of using digital tools and increase their efficiency in job performance and conducting a periodic assessment to measure the impact of digital transformation on performance within the bank .
