Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of strategic leadership on the effectiveness of crisis management at the Social Solidarity Fund in Al-Marj. The study used a questionnaire as its primary data collection tool and employed a descriptive-analytical approach. The study population consisted of department directors, section heads, and administrative unit heads at the Social Solidarity Fund in Al-Marj.

The researchers used a comprehensive survey approach, distributing 32 questionnaires to the entire study population. The Statistical Package for the Social Security Number (SPSS) was used to analyze the data.

The results showed that the level of strategic leadership and the effectiveness of crisis management at the Social Solidarity Fund in Al-Marj was moderate, and that there was a very strong and statistically significant positive correlation between strategic leadership and crisis management within the Fund.

The study also concluded with a set of recommendations, most notably the need for the Social Solidarity Fund to develop a clear strategic vision and objectives.
