Abstract

This study aimed to develop an integrative framework that systematically links applied mathematics and information technology in the context of natural resources data analysis. The research was motivated by the observation that many contemporary applications address mathematical and technological aspects separately, leading to partial and less efficient analytical outcomes. A comprehensive approach combining theoretical analysis and practical application was adopted. The study highlighted linear algebra, numerical analysis, and optimization models as fundamental mathematical foundations for analytical modeling. The proposed framework was examined through a multiple linear regression model analyzing the relationship between selected environmental variables and a water quality index. The mathematical model was transformed into an executable algorithm within a numerical analysis environment, and its performance was evaluated using quantitative indicators, including the coefficient of determination, mean squared error, and residual analysis. The results demonstrated strong explanatory power and computational stability, confirming that methodological integration between mathematical formulation and algorithmic implementation enhances modeling efficiency and supports evidence-based decision-making in natural resource applications
