A method called descriptive-analytical was used in this study, and SPSS (26) was used to look at the data. A list of ideas was also made from the study. These included incorporating the ideas of innovative leadership and organisational leadership into the university's policies and strategic plans to make sure that all of its efforts are focused on reaching its development goals; making organisational policies more flexible so that people can try out new ideas; and adopting entrepreneurial solutions that help the organisation do better. It was also suggested that an incentive system be created that is linked to organisational leadership and includes financial and moral rewards for employees who take on important entrepreneurial projects; and finally, encouraging employees to come up with solution .
