This study focuses on evaluating the impact of training programs on improving employee performance at the wool industry complex in Bani Walid. It employs a descriptive-analytical approach and utilizes a questionnaire designed for this purpose. The sample size consists of 25 individuals selected through a comprehensive survey from the marketing and sales department. The results indicate a strong correlation between the success of training programs and employee performance at the factory. The study recommends: developing a clear and easily implementable training program plan, with a commitment from senior management to provide continuous support to achieve optimal results; enhancing the role of training programs and promoting their wider and more effective adoption by factory management due to their impact on employee performance; and establishing a database in all departments and the training center to facilitate informed training decision-making.
