The limitation of the study in terms of physical and technical requirements, human and organizational requirements and ethical requirements. The descriptive method due to its suitability for the nature of the study and achieves its objectives, where the study community represents the limitation of the study and the number of faculty members (143), and a random sample was selected from it and its texture (104) Ensuring its credibility and stability, as the percentage of stability reached coefficient alpha (94.3%), and the study reached a set of results was the most important: that the level of physical, technical and organizational requirements needed to adopt AI technologies in the institution is very limited, Likewise the ethical requirements associated with the use of AI came in at a relatively moderate level, and one of the most important recommendations of the study was : Focus on putting in place a clear organizational strategy that included supportive policies and procedures for the adoption of AI within the organization.
