This research aims to highlight the most important obstacles that hinder Islamic banking in Libya through the research sample (Al-Yaqin Islamic Bank) and the difficulties it poses that hinder its performance.
For its mission, like other Islamic banks in the Islamic world.
Accordingly, the research dealt with, as a theoretical framework, the nature of Islamic banks (the concept, origin, objectives, sources, and uses of funds) and the obstacles of Islamic banks, in concept and types, as a problemSearchSearch.
In this research, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical method in which information and data were collected from books, literature, previous studies, and the international information network, in addition to the field study of the research subject, which is (Al-Yaqin Islamic Bank in the city of Tripoli), by preparing a questionnaire sheet to answer questions related to the research topic and following Statistical methods to obtain clear results that serve the research .
