This study aimed to clarify the dimensions of knowledge management and their impact on achieving institutional excellence. To ensure the study's success, the researcher employed a descriptive-analytical approach. The data collection tool was a questionnaire developed specifically for this purpose. The sample size consisted of 148 individuals randomly selected from the Tripoli Social Solidarity Fund. After collecting the questionnaire and testing the hypotheses using SPSS software, the study arrived at several key findings. The most important of these was the acceptance of the main hypothesis, which states that there is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of knowledge management and the achievement of institutional excellence at the Tripoli Social Solidarity Fund. Furthermore, the study revealed that management encourages and motivates employees to generate creative ideas and provides them with rewards. The study also indicated that organizational culture supports the effective application of knowledge and its dimensions within the organization. It recommends adopting knowledge management as an approach to developing and achieving institutional excellence at the Tripoli Social Solidarity Fund. This would yield numerous benefits, most notably increasing the Fund's ability to adapt to changes in its environment, enhancing its competitiveness in providing superior services, and developing a clear and specific strategic plan for knowledge management.
