The Libyan Open University Journal of Medical Sciences and Sustainability (LOUJMSS) invites qualified researchers and experts to join its esteemed panel of reviewers. Reviewers are essential to the peer-review process, ensuring the scientific integrity, quality, and originality of the work we publish.

Responsibilities of a Reviewer

As a reviewer, you will play a vital role in scholarly communication by:

  • Conducting Objective Reviews: Providing a fair, objective, and constructive critique of manuscripts within your area of expertise.

  • Ensuring Timeliness: Completing your review within the agreed-upon timeframe to help authors and the journal maintain an efficient publication schedule.

  • Maintaining Confidentiality: Treating all submitted manuscripts as confidential documents and not sharing any information about them with others.

  • Identifying Ethical Issues: Alerting the Editor-in-Chief to any potential ethical concerns, such as plagiarism or data fabrication.

Qualifications

We welcome applications from researchers who meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a Ph.D. or an equivalent terminal degree in a field relevant to medical sciences or sustainability.

  • Have a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of research methodologies and ethical standards.

  • Are committed to providing thorough and unbiased feedback.
