It's obvious to anyone with insight to notice the problem: individual speeches or opinions often lose their key strengths and solid grounding, making them unable to reach their goals. Institutions aren't stepping in to guide or check them based on what communities really need. This turns them into tools for manipulators or clueless people, who use them selfishly to push their own agendas , ideas or views.
The usual outcome Division and splits among Muslims. But the real aim should be to guide society and fix new problems, thanks to the big influence these discourses have on everyday people. This research looks at how to evaluate these individual discourses and what role institutions should play—from a Sharia (Islamic law) viewpoint.
